RPM Dance Company is Central New Jersey’s Newest Premier Dance Studio! We offer dance classes in all styles at both recreational and competitive levels. RPM is dedicated to bringing a positive, uplifting environment in the dance classroom to ensure the growth of each and every dancer. Dance is filled with so many amazing aspects that positively affect childrens lives such as creativity, discipline, teamwork, patience, hard work, and dedication. to name a few. With a balance of fun and hard work, we strive to bring out each dancer’s highest potential. RPM is very excited to be joining the Chesterfield community and looking forward to dancing with you!
Classes/Tuition
Class Options for Age Groups
Age 18 months-2.5 yrs
“Dancer & Me” Grown ups, come join your little dancer as they learn ballet basics while learning songs and having fun! 8 week sessions available for $130 in September/October, January/February, and April/May (this session can do recital!)
Ages 3-4
Creative Movement: Ballet/Tap combo class where young dancers will learn the basics while having fun! This class will have both a ballet and a tap dance in the recital. Dancers must be potty trained and have reached their 3rd birthday by the first day of class.
Ages 5-7
Ballet, Jazz/Tap Combo, Acro, Hip Hop
Ages 8-10
Ballet, Jazz/Lyrical, Tap, Acro, Hip Hop
Ages 11 & up
Ballet (Pointe optional), Jazz, Tap, Acro, Hip Hop, Lyrical/Contemporary
Adult (18 & up)

*Company- our competitive team who will attend competitions and conventions. For ages 6& up. Must audition for company on July 15th (see details on home page).
Monthly Tuition Rates
Paid on or before 1st of the month. Tuition is paid monthly or year in full. Discounts apply if year paid in full.
1 class per week (45 min-1 hr per week)- $65
2 classes per week- $130
3 classes per week- $180
4 classes per week- $225
Unlimited (5 or more classes)- $265
Registration Fee- $35
Costume Fee per class- $75

RPM is proud to offer sibling discounts, and military/first responder discounts.
Siblings- 1st child full price, 2nd child 50% off, 3rd and more are free.
Military and First Responder- 10% off and no registration fee (discount only valid with proof of miliatry or first responder ID. Must be part of immediate family ‘ie, no aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.).
PLEASE NOTE: We charge 3% transaction fee for all credit card payments to cover the studio’s cost of payment processing.
Tuition must be paid on or before the first of the month. After the 7th of the month, a $15 late charge is assessed. We encourage everyone to enroll in the automatic payment plan to avoid unnecessary late fees. Tuition is not refunded for classes missed due to personal reasons, inclement weather closures, power outages, holiday breaks, rehearsals, and recital.

Rachel Mancino
Owner, RPM Dance Company
RPM Dance Company was founded by Rachel Mancino in 2023 after dreaming about it for as long as she can remember. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Rachel relocated to New Jersey in 2020 where she now resides and raises her family. She has been dancing for 28 years and teaching dance since 2012. Rachel is a Collegiate National Champion in dance, as a former member of the 18x winning Towson University Dance Team. Rachel has worked in Event Management for Monsters Dance Convention and Inferno Dance Competition, as well as having choreographed for several college dance teams and dance studio competition routines. She is excited to share her experience and connections in the dance industry with her students!

WHAT DO I WEAR TO CLASS?
Creative Movement: pink tights, leotard/skirt, pink ballet slippers, black buckle tap shoes.
5-10 yr old Ballet: 5-7: any color leotard/8-10: black leotard; pink tights, pink ballet slippers, hair in a bun.
5-10 yr old Jazz/Tap: leotard, shorts or leggings, tan slip on jazz shoes, black buckle tap shoes.
11 & Up Ballet: pink tights, black leotard, canvas split-sole ballet slippers, hair in a bun.
11 & Up Tap: tank top or leotard, shorts or leggings, black lace-up tap shoes.
11 & Up Jazz/Contemporary: leotard or sports bra, shorts or leggings, canvas turners.
Hip Hop: t-shirt or tank top, shorts, leggings, pants (no jeans), sneakers.
Acro: Close-fitting shorts or leggings and t-shirt (nothing that is baggy).
RPM CODE OF ETHICS
-Treat others the way you want to be treated- bullying in any capacity is not tolerated.
-All members of RPM staff, parents, and students should be treated with respect and kindness.
-Embrace all students in your class regardless of different skill level or background.
-Dancers are not permitted to use cell phones in class.
-No food, drinks (except water) or gum are permitted in classrooms.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
COSTUMES
All classes require a costume for recital. Costume fees are due, in full, by November 15 before a costume order may be placed. Costume fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
